Welcome to Nexoria Development Bots!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all Nexoria Development bots, systems, dashboards, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using any Nexoria Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

You must be at least 13 years old to use Nexoria Development Bots. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

By adding or using any Nexoria Bot, you agree to:

  • Comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy
  • Follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Accept future updates to these Terms

2. Prohibited Conduct

  • Abuse, spam, overload, or disrupt any Nexoria service
  • Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended behavior
  • Bypass restrictions, limits, or safety systems
  • Reverse-engineer or scrape our systems
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access without permission
  • Use bots for harassment, hate, threats, or illegal activity
  • Misrepresent affiliation with Nexoria Development

3. Server Owner Responsibility

Server owners and administrators are responsible for how Nexoria Bots are configured and used in their servers.

  • Misuse by members may result in server-wide restrictions
  • You are responsible for permission settings
  • We are not liable for misconfigurations you create

4. Service Availability

All Nexoria Bots and features are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted service, or permanent data retention.

Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

5. Virtual Currency & Economy

Nexoria Bots may include a virtual economy system ("Coins", "Credits", etc.).

  • No Real-World Value: Virtual currency and items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services.
  • No Ownership: You do not own the virtual currency; it is a limited license for use within the bot's ecosystem.
  • Reset Rights: We reserve the right to reset economy data, wipe balances, or remove items at any time for game balancing, abuse prevention, or technical reasons without compensation.
  • Trading: Trading virtual currency for real-world money, Discord Nitro, or other external value is strictly prohibited and will result in a ban.

6. Enforcement & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently ban any user or server at our sole discretion, with or without warning.

Violations may result in permanent blacklisting for abuse prevention and security purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nexoria Development Bots are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nexoria Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
