Thank you for choosing our suite of Discord bots ("Nexoria Bots"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain how you can use all Nexoria Development bots and their features. By using any Nexoria Bot, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to everyone who uses any Nexoria Bots, regardless of access method.

1.2 Agreeing to the Terms

By adding or using any Nexoria Bot on your server, you agree to:

  • Comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • Accept any future updates to these Terms, which will be announced in advance.

2. Prohibited Conduct & Responsibilities

2.1 Prohibited Conduct

  • Resell or redistribute premium or subscription codes.
  • Spam, abuse, or misuse commands in any bot.
  • Use bots in servers that engage in harassment, spam, or disruptive activities.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others with bot features.
  • Circumvent any usage restrictions or rate limits imposed by the bots.

2.2 Your Responsibilities

  • Server Owners & Administrators: You are accountable for how Nexoria Bots operate in your servers. Misuse by any member may result in restrictions or bans for your entire server.
  • Bot Usage: Only grant bot permissions that you trust. We are not responsible for misconfigurations you introduce.

3. Data Collection & Usage

3.1 Data We Collect

  • Discord IDs (user, server, channel) and bot usage logs.
  • Message content when using features (e.g., ticket transcripts). We do not collect sensitive personal information such as passwords or payment details.

3.2 Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to:

  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • Address support inquiries and enforce these Terms.
  • Improve and maintain bot functionality.

3.3 Data Deletion and Privacy Rights

  • Data Access: Use /gdpr request to get a copy of your data
  • Data Deletion: Use /gdpr delete to request permanent data deletion
  • Data Export: Use /gdpr export to get your data in portable format
  • Data Correction: Use /gdpr correct to fix inaccurate information
  • Processing Objection: Use /gdpr object to object to data processing

Important: Data deletion requests result in permanent blacklisting from our bots for security purposes. Your Discord User ID will be retained to prevent abuse, as permitted by Discord's Terms of Service.

4. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Provided "As-Is": All Nexoria Bots are offered without warranties—express or implied.
  • Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the bots, including server disruptions, data loss, or third-party integrations.
  • Third-Party Services: We disclaim responsibility for any issues caused by external services used in conjunction with our bots.

5. Enforcement & Termination

5.1 Suspension & Bans

We reserve the right to suspend or ban any user or server for violations of these Terms at our discretion. Warnings may or may not be issued.

5.2 Appeals

Appeals can be submitted through our official support channels:

All appeals will be reviewed fairly within 14 business days.

Note: Appeals for GDPR deletion blacklists cannot be reversed, as these are implemented for security purposes and abuse prevention as legally permitted under Discord's Terms of Service.

6. Changes to These Terms

Nexoria Development may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of any Nexoria Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
