This Privacy Policy explains how our suite of Discord bots — including Moderation Bot, Feature Bot, Ticket Bot, Helper Bot, React Bot, VC Bot, Dashboard System, and Developer Tools — collects, uses, and protects your personal information. By using any Nexoria Bot, you agree to the terms outlined here.

1. Information We Collect

Essential Data (Required for Bot Functionality)

  • Discord User and Server IDs (usernames, server IDs, channel IDs)
  • Basic usage data (commands used, feature interactions)
  • Server configuration data for bot settings and preferences

Feature-Specific Data

  • Economy System: We store a virtual currency balance, transaction history (sender, receiver, amount, timestamp), and inventory items associated with your User ID and Guild ID.
  • Logging System: We temporarily store audit log data (deleted messages, edited messages, member changes) to provide moderation logs to server administrators. This data is visible only to server admins.
  • Leveling System: We store message counts and experience points (XP) linked to your User ID to calculate rankings.

Optional Data (With Your Consent)

  • Message content (backup systems, ticket transcripts, global chat)
  • Premium usage analytics for service improvement (premium users only)
  • Profile information if you create a bot profile

Website Data

  • Discord OAuth information during sign-ins (temporarily processed)
  • Session data for dashboard functionality

Legal Basis for Collection

  • Essential Data: Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f))
  • Optional Data: Consent (Article 6(1)(a))
  • Premium Data: Contract (Article 6(1)(b))

Note: We do not collect sensitive personal information such as passwords, payment methods, or private DMs outside of explicitly consented features.

  • Operate and improve Nexoria Bots performance and stability
  • Provide support via our official channels
  • Enable features like AFK, giveaways, leveling, ticket management, and moderation
  • Ensure security: retaining ban info and preventing abuse
  • Comply with legal requirements when necessary

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell or publicly share your personal information. Information may be shared only if:

  • Legally required (subpoenas, court orders, or other legal obligations)
  • Security threats (to protect against fraud, abuse, or unlawful activities)

4. Data Retention

  • Essential Bot Data: Retained while actively using bots
  • Optional Feature Data: Retained until deletion request or consent withdrawal
  • Premium Data: Retained during premium subscription + 1 year
  • Economy/Leveling Data: Retained until server reset or user deletion request
  • Support Tickets: Retained 3 years for quality assurance

Ban records and GDPR request records may be retained longer as legally permitted.
