This Privacy Policy explains how our suite of Discord bots — including Moderation, FiveM Telemetry, Fortnite System, Social Alerts, Ticket HQ, Helper, React, VC, and Dashboard — collects, processes, and protects your information.

- Discord User ID, Username, Avatar Hash, and Server IDs
- Basic command execution logs and feature interaction timestamps
- Server configuration preferences (AutoMod settings, custom prefixes, log channels)
- FiveM & Moderation Matrix: In-game player identifiers, job/gang data, Tebex coins, and jail infraction logs.
- Fortnite Binding: Permanent Epic Games username lock bound to Discord User ID.
- Social Alerts: YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Bluesky channel IDs and notification target channels.
- Leveling & Economy: XP progress, chat activity counts, virtual currency balance, and items.
