Website Data

  • Discord OAuth information during sign-ins (temporarily processed, not stored long-term)
  • Session data for dashboard functionality

  • Ensure security: retaining ban info and preventing abuse

We do not sell or publicly share your personal information. Information may be shared only if:

  • Premium Data: Retained during premium subscription + 1 year
  • Backup Data: Retained until manually deleted or automatic cleanup
  • Usage Analytics: Retained 1 year for service improvement
  • Support Tickets: Retained 3 years for quality assurance and legal compliance

Ban records, GDPR request records, and blacklist entries may be retained longer as legally permitted.
